how good do u need to clean out Enlist One before going to non Enlist corn?  Isn’t it technically just a safer form of 2-4d?

About as good as you would for spraying NON round up ready beans after spraying round up ready beans

If the only thing in the tank was adjuvants and Enlist One. I would definitely flush everything and make sure that there isn't a full rate of product going to come out on the corn anywhere. 
 But I don't think that you need to triple rinse with a tank cleaner for 2,4-D products alone. 
 You likely wouldn't brittle up a huge amount of corn. But Murphy's Law says that it will be right along the highway where everyone can see it. Better to have it all out of the pumps and lines at least.
 But also confirm that your corn traits line up with EVERYTHING that was in that tank!
