seek Farming Opportunity to relocate

mid 50s farm family looking to relocate. Urban expansion has taken most of our acres over the last seven years, and then a fire. It has become increasingly difficult for any expansion competing with the non-farm buyers. We are looking for opportunities west, Nebraska, Dakota territory or other to relocate. We have a substantial line of equipment yet farming several thousand acres of row crops, hay and custom work. Would like operation to work with, or rent in the future type thing. Custom work has taken us throughout Kansas to North Dakota, we, as a family would very much like to take part there. Lifelong farm couple, in addition to at least one son, if not two look to transition west. Certainly want some thing more conservative than Minnesota. Cattle and hogs, row crops, grain and hay are our wheel house.
