Advice for beginning farmer

My background is mainly ag as in my entire life has been around ag. I’ve worked on a handful of farms, but I am currently a full time fireman that works 24/48 shifts. I’ve wanted to have my own farm my entire life, but that looks bleak looking at what land prices and housing prices look like. My biggest question is how do financing work? I’d be looking to buy land that comes with a house and a shed in about 2 years. Land around me is going for about 10k an acre on average. What’s the best way to break into farming?
