Looking for full time operators, full time truck drivers, and seasonal operators

Dry-land row crop and custom farming operation in central Kansas

We are actively seeking candidates for various roles, offering both full-time and seasonal opportunities.

Full-time Farm Operator: This role demands an individual capable of mastering the operation of a variety of equipment, including combines, sprayers, and planting tractors. A Class A CDL or the willingness to obtain one is essential. The position also requires the physical ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds.

Full-time Truck Driver: Applicants must possess a Class A CDL with a clean driving record. The role primarily involves local hauls, with the option to return home every night or stay out for 1-2 nights for additional compensation. Our fleet consists of well-maintained trucks and hopper bottoms, primarily used for transporting grain and other agricultural products.

Seasonal Operator: We need operators for combines or grain carts during the fall harvest. This seasonal position runs from September to November, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role by assisting in other capacities.
