You’ll need to make sure your account is integrated with the Grain Buyer & that you have a FBN® account first. If your buyer is listed as a partner (see “Is my grain buyer a FBN partner?”), click on their name to start the process of connecting your account with your grain buyer with FBN.
After clicking the link, add your mobile number and follow the prompts. This process is required to connect your two accounts, so please follow these three steps to successfully connect and have the ability to submit offers.
Enter the mobile phone number your grain buyer uses to identify your account, and you’ll be sent a text message with a unique link. Note the process is different from the general member sign up process, so please make sure to use the link provided.
Click the link in the text you received and install the FBN app.
When you first open the app, you’ll see a page with your buyer’s business logo. Click “Connect with [your buyer’s name]” and that will initiate updating your FBN account to include your sales data.
Once your accounts are connected, you can click on the “Make an Offer” button on your buyer’s bids page in the FBN App or on their Gradable web page.
