How do your chemical prices compare to what other growers are paying? Following this week’s Ag Chem Price Transparency Report, we’ve launched a completely new Price Transparency Tool for ag chem.
Our new system gives farmers never-before available insights into chemical pricing, active ingredient pricing among common product groups, and price trends over time for hundreds of products. Pricing insights on products are generated from actual retail invoices submitted by thousands of FBN farmer members and are able to compare products with the same active ingredient.
As this year’s Ag Chem Price Transparency Report highlights, the persistent and widespread lack of transparency in the ag chem marketplace continues to present an ongoing challenge for farmers on both a regional and national scale, with farmers paying as much as 4 times as one another for similar products.
