TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USING NORM™

When you use the Norm AI Ag Advisor feature from Farmers Business Network, Inc. (“Norm”), you enter into the legal agreement below, that supplements the FBN^® Terms of Service.

Beta Test. Please note that this is a beta version of Norm which is still undergoing testing and development. The Norm platform, its software and all content found on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Because Norm is a linguistic model that uses statistical models to produce responses, it has no ability to evaluate the truthfulness of its statements. During this beta phase, information provided is particularly sensitive to follow-up questions, which may contaminate the results.

Limited Use. ALWAYS READ AND FOLLOW LABEL DIRECTIONS. It is a violation of federal and state law to use any pesticide product other than in accordance with its label. The material provided is for general educational purposes only and does not constitute a recommendation, offer to sell any product, or offer to provide any service. Information provided on the Norm platform is being made to FBN members only for use in their individual farming operation and may not be published or used for any other purposes. Any specific product recommendations or comparative claims should be disregarded. Consult your local agronomist. Actual results may vary. Neither Farmer's Business Network, Inc. nor any of its affiliates makes any representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy or completeness of the statements or any information contained in the material and any liability therefore is expressly disclaimed.

Use of Information. FBN may use information provided to improve the Norm platform and as may otherwise be authorized pursuant to FBN’s Privacy Policy. Any conflict between answers provided by Norm and FBN’s Terms of Use, terms of sale, any other FBN policy, or any agreement with FBN (each an “Official Source”) shall be controlled by the Official Source.
