We provide farmers with a platform to save money by procuring their chemicals from as far up the supply chain as possible. We take the quality of the products we procure seriously and only source chemicals from reputable, vetted suppliers. If a problem does occur, we will do our best to help the farmer get a response from the original manufacturer to identify and isolate the problem. FBN does not settle crop efficacy complaints once the product has been sprayed. Currently, we do not offer a respray program to be able to reduce costs and pass on more savings to our members.

To ensure high-quality product, we work closely with reputable manufacturers with proven formulation capabilities. Most products sold through FBN Direct are formulated or packaged in the United States and inspected before reaching your farm. We offer a guarantee that all products sold through FBN Direct will be as labeled. If any product is not as labeled, we will either arrange for a replacement product or provide a full refund.

Do you like having to apply and wait for rebates? If so, we apologize--you won’t find any rebates through FBN Direct. We keep our pricing simple and transparent. You get the lowest price on offer from the very beginning, without the hassle of a rebate system.

Yes! You can make exchanges at least 14 days before the Estimated Arrival Date emailed to you and available in the Order History of your account. Any exchanges requested within 14 days of the earliest date are subject to approval and fees. The value of the replacement product must be equal to or greater than your original order. Orders of eligible products may also be cancelled at least 5 days prior to the Estimated Arrival Date, subject to a 4% cancellation fee. Cancellation is not permitted for products identified as being final sales, including products containing glyphosate or glufosinate. See here for additional details.

If all products in your order are available for pickup at a warehouse near you, the Warehouse Pickup option will be available to select at checkout.

You can view your FBN Direct order history right in your account! On the website, click on the "Shop" tab at the top and then "Orders" in the lefthand menu. In the app, at the top of the screen, tap on the list icon (to the left of the shopping cart). Order History will show all FBN Direct orders sorted by latest order first.

To provide you with the most transparent and accurate pricing possible, shipping is shown as a standalone charge for your entire order, rather than baked into the list price of each product. If you order $5,000 or more, there are no shipping charges applied. For orders under $5,000, a flat fee of $150 will apply.
